BTS's Jimin is making headlines by being nominated for the Male Singer Award at the April Netizen Awards, thanks to the power of the global fandom. Jimin is the only idol group member to be nominated in the Male Singer Award category.

He confidently stands as a nominee among other popular domestic stars such as Yeong Tak, Park Chang-geun, Jang Min-ho, Jung Dong-won, and Lim Young-woong, who are well-known in Korea. The Male Singer Award is the hottest category in the awards ceremony.

As of 10:30 am on the 4th, Jimin is currently ranked 10th in this category with 64 votes. However, considering his global popularity, he could easily jump into the top ranks at any time, making him one of the stars to watch out for.

Meanwhile, Yeong Tak is in the lead for this category with 10,857 votes.
